Although the title may not hold true for Judd Apatow, he did knock up the Superbad MILF Leslie Mann. Judd Apatow's name is mentioned on a regular basis but it wasn't till i saw James Lipton "Inside the Actors Studio" on the director, producer and screenwriter, that i realized Judd literally made had a part in my generations most loved comedies. The most famous work include Anchorman, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Talladega Nights, Knocked Up, Superbad, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Step Brothers, Pineapple Express, and Funny People. But what i find most interesting is that he creates all these movies with the same basic cast. He has worked with since he was 21 James Franco, Seth Rogen since he was 16 and Jason Segel since he was 18, way back in the show Freaks and Geeks. Judd Apatow has been able to not only create some of the best comedies but also create some of the best careers in the process, giving those actors their big break but also others like his wife Leslie Mann, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd and Jonah Hill. So all hail the 21st Century Comedy genius Judd Apatow!!!!
