Japanese Baseball

Although America does have the best and most competitive baseball in the world, Japan always finds a way to do shit in a very outlandish way. Well here is what their top plays look like, highly doubt we'll ever see this in MLB!!!!

Good Times At The Office

ESPN always delivers when it comes to their commercials, but this one is just to good to be true. First it stars one of the better Dominican baseball players, who teaches one of the Sportscenter host how to dance to my all time favorite hispanic artist Omega. And on top of that, the other anchor lil cha cha dance in background is priceless, and the random mascot just adds the finishing touch!!!!

Luxurious Baseball!!!

Well Hermes has finally released the Hermes baseball glove today with the grand opening. When i first saw this in one of my moms magazines i was flabbergasted, and thought it would be like a 1 of 1. But apparently its a piece made just for the Hermes men store opening. THe glove doesn't look like its the greatest for playing, but I'm sure it will give you stuntastic points with baseball and fashion enthusiast alike!!!

Sammy Sosa...WTF

Well it seems Sammy Sosa has been stricken by a very usual problem that effects "minorities" when they get money. They have this sensation of living a whiter lifestyle and inhabiting their ways. Most just buy material goods to satisfy this thirst, but others like Michael Jackson and now Sammy Sosa take it to a level only a few dare to go. ACTUALLY turning themselves white. P.S. he got that Count Dracula steez going on!!!!

For comparison, since he hasn't been relevant for years

Big Ups To All The HATERS!!!

Damn man, Pedro Martinez left the Mets last year looking no where near his prime as a Bostonian. But after Phillies gambled on acquiring the 3 time cy young winner, he's back in full form. He has one 5-0 in 7 starts, with an ERA of 2.87. On top of that he has 34 strikeouts in 37 innings, making it almost 1 strikeout per game. But the fifth game didn't come easy, he threw 130 pitches in 8 innings, which is well above the minimalistic pitching counts enforced by many teams. But I'm sure facing the Mets, who threw him aside had a little bit to do with it!!! Big Ups to Pedro Martinez!!!

This Is Why I Love Boston

Although I am a New Yorker at heart, I'm a Boston Red Soxs fan. One reason why I love Boston so much is because the fans are just as awesome as the team, don't believe me check this out

(if you didn't know A-Rod admitted to using steroids prior to the season)

Just in Time For My Baseball Season

Since I recently started my baseball season and I have to say I'm loving it. Just in time for such a wonderful time in my life, Calvin Klein has released a campaign where the model sports a oh so awesome baseball jacket, and a dude that has coolest hair do. A hair do that is always accompanied by a white and grey outfit which makes it look that much weirder.

Quote of the Day

Since I Just started playing baseball thought this was appropriate (God Damn I'm Soooooo SORE!!!).

“The trouble with baseball is that it is not played the year round.” (Gaylord Perry)
