A while back we introduced the Ski Simulator which was quite cool, but now there is a driving simulator called VDI Driving Simulator. It was created to train the potential drivers at HOME without creating danger. The Simulator comes equipped with 120 degree view, real car parts such as: steering wheel, shifter, brake, accelerator, adjustable seat, three-point seat belt, turn signal, side mirrors control and gear shifter. Although this sounds like a good idea, something tell me that their so called real life environment won't make it easy for the drivers to transition from simulator to real life. I feel like we are relying to much on technology to substitute real life events that can't be replaced. Next thing you know we going to have a birth simulator that will allow one to figure out if YOUR ready for that step.
